Where can I find this makeup for not too expensive price?

I LOVE makeup %26amp;%26amp; bright colors. I wanted some like bright hot pink eye shadow or bright neon lime green.. I have ran across some but it either wasnt the perfect color or was too expensive or didnt work good. I also am looking for some good black eye shadow. %26amp;%26amp; not the kind that you have to keep re-applying to make it pitch black. Something not too expensive...thanks. %26lt;3Where can I find this makeup for not too expensive price?
MAC and H.I.P have really bold colors that you can choose from. They are made from high intensity pigments so the make up really makes a statement. You can buy these at any department or drugstore and they are at a resonable price.Where can I find this makeup for not too expensive price?

(yeah its a little expensive but its stays on super long and never makes that nasty crease line/they have bright eyeshadows too)

MAC Passionate for a hot pink and Carbon for a black. There is a bright green MAC shadow called Lime but it's only a Pro color so you can't get it at a department store counter
