High pigment, (not too expensive) makeup?

I can't seem to find any brand of makeup worth the purchase. I'm looking for very vivid, rich colors but I'm not looking to pay too much. I'd like to be able to find it at a beauty-supply store or somewhere like Target or Wal-Mart.





Stuff like MAC and Urban Decay are awesome brands, but are often far too expensive on a teenager's budget...does anyone have any suggestions on inexpensive, quality makeup? (particularly eyeshadows.)High pigment, (not too expensive) makeup?

They have all the awesome colors... and they are very cheap!! NYX and Amuse have really good eyeshadows for their price. :) NYX is a personal fave of mine and can be sold at drugstores too if you can't do the online thing. I also have some of the H.I.P stuff (The eye shadow duos.. because you get two colors..) and Max Factor (You get three colors). Those are awesome too and you can get those just about anywhere :)

Try Rimmel or Loreal HIP.
go on ebay and search mineral eyeshadows. The colors are high pigment and great.
NYX. They're the next best thing to MAC.





Also, to the person who suggested HiP--don't buy that stuff. They contain a preservative that releases formaldehyde over time. Formaldehyde is a carcinogen that irreversibly binds to the DNA in your cells. Look for the term ';imidazolidinyl urea'; in the ingredients list--it's something to watch out for.
Justice makeup isn't very expensive but it is very good to cover-up marks and different things.... its comes in alot of different colors.. thats what i use
well...at Wlamart they have $1 BonBon stuff....idk about the quality haha


N.Y.C. (New York Color) is wat 8i would recommend =)
try loreal's HIP line...its has bright colors and they are high pigmented.

I ve heard good things about HIP
There is Loreal H.I.P. They have really high pigmented tones that blend pretty well. They don't cost that much you can get them at wal-mart, target or any place like that.
Definitely try L'Oreal HIP. It's very high pigment, long wearing, affordable, and you can get it at Walgreens or Target, those kinds of stores. I wear it every day and I love it.
