I know there are substitutes for what they are using but i wanna kno what cheap products i can get that will give me nice hair and makeup like theirs! i can't afford urban decay mascara and biolage shampoo. who on youtube does these sorts of tutorials with great results but doesn't spend over 100 dollars on the products they use?Is there anyone on youtube who does Hair and Makeup tutorials without using expensive products like Chi etc?
