Where can i find makeup that is very not expensive?

well i heard of the beauty supply store so when i am with my mom i can get it because i go there to get my perm. But i need to find a store that sales mascara and eye shawdow that is it. Where can i find makeup that is very not expensive?
Wallgreens....in there make up section i got some eyeliner and eye shadow there before and it was pretty good.





Walmart and in there make up section is pretty good to. I buy makeup there sometimes....








Kholes there flirt make up is the best!!!!! the eye shadow and there lipgloss is awesome its called Flirt. and its realy good thats were i buy most of my make up. istn that weird kholes and make up you think of it as a clothing store. But there is a little bit more expensive. but its worth every dollar!!! i really suggust flit makeup!Where can i find makeup that is very not expensive?
Well, I use Dior, Clinique, and Chanel eyeshadow and mascara, but if you want cheap make-up, go to the drug store like Walgreen's and pick up something from Cover Girl or whatever. But I advise you to splurge on make-up so that it's better quality and doesn't damage your skin as much.
the beauty supply store sells everything...well at least the ones i go to....check their makeup sections they should have eyeliner and mascara....you'll probably see brands like NYX and ruby kisses....NYX haz a million shades of liner liquid and pencil....or u could go to any local drugstore...
elf has some good products.... but some of 'em are of a bad quality...

you can always try your local drugstore and such.... covergirl and maybelline has some great yet affordable stuff..... however, don't go with covergirl for your e/s... maybelline has awesome piggies...
I would go to Target or just any nearby drugstore, most of it is pretty cheap. You should be able to find some mascara and eyeshadow for under $5. Some good cheaper brands are e.l.f. (at target), wet %26amp; wild, and also NYC. Hope I helped! (:

A lot of grocery stores that have the discount/savings cards will have a certain brand of make up half off. I know Kroger does a lot.

usually in the clearence section the mascaraa is about 69 cents. and stuuf.
any local drug stores. they sell all kinds of makeups. i like maybelline and covergirl. they have it all.
Pretty much any drugstore.
go to walmart they have makeup 10 dollars and under
I dont know about stores as i live in the uk...but the eyeko range is only like £5 for a mascara...sooo is that like $10....and its really good
