Is mac makeup expensive?

i was wondering is mac makeup expensive ? cause im getting it or planning to and want to know. someone w/ experience please.

Generally, MAC is pretty expensive but its really good quality makeup and in most cases really looks good on people, especially if you have not amazing skin it wont bring out breakouts of acne etc, i would say try a few things out and see how it works for you, because not everybody is the same

My favorite Mac products are the eye pigments. Definently check them out. They're long lasting and there's one in every color you can think of.





They're lip products are also pretty nice as well as there brushes. = )
No it's not expensive to me because it has great quality and last for a long time. My favorite item is the lipglass and there eyeshadow, cause it last all day. You should get like $50 and call and get an appointment and get a consultation and they will show you how to put the make up on and test and see what goes with your skin tone. and its so fun!
Their foundations run between $26-$30. I used the studio fix, it was quite nice.





Their eye shadows are about 15 dollars. I like them, but found that a good drugstore brand was comparable. The exception to that is the paint pots. Really nice and a good range of shades. I think they are worth the money.





As for lip gloss, I can't stand how sticky Lipglass is. The colors are fantastic, but getting my hair trapped is a negative. I prefer Fresh, Tarte or Nars. Expensive, but not sticky.
Hey (: I used to use mac make-up but now I use hottopic, anyway, their makeup is super expensive. I tried to get like a 2 oz thing of eyeshadow and it was $14.00!

Yes it is expensive but it is worth the price. It is very high-quality compared to other brands. I like the Lipglass.
