I am looking for some new makeup brands but something less expensive, cheap even, what are your favorites?

I do spend a lot of money on expensive makeup like Benefit, Urban Decay, Too Faced and some Mac and Nars. However I am also a big fan of eyeko because of it's price plus its adorable packaging. Just wondering what cheaper makeup brands you guys like?I am looking for some new makeup brands but something less expensive, cheap even, what are your favorites?
I have not necessarily tried these but here are some cheap brands that have had good reviews. So worth a try as expensive is not always best.

Urban Decay Primer Potion is very popular and will prevent even the cheapest eyeshadow from creasing. Incidentally Revlon have ome nice eyeshadow palettes.I am looking for some new makeup brands but something less expensive, cheap even, what are your favorites?
I'm a fan of e.l.f., which you can buy online. Their products are cheap, but always of good quality.
