nyc makes cheap makeup that gives you a fresh nice look...
I think you will do okay with whatever you can find at the drugstore- Just don't use too much.. You might want to consider just using powder and eyeliner or powder eyeshadow and waterproof mascara (if you use mascara). I have seen girls go crazy with the make up, then once they are dancing under the stage lights, it runs and doesn't look very good! They would have been better off with no makeup!
Have a great recital!!
the best make-up (my opinion) is AVON...its not expensive and definitley has great quality..you can get a great mascara for only 2.49...there are a lot of make-up specials and i once got an eyeshadow with four colors for only 1.79!! its great for young girls and there color choices arnt that dark and dramatic.. go to avon.com to see all there specials..click on make-up and then make-up specials...good luck!!
I would buy Sephoras brand at Sephora. They have a huge color variety and the make up is good and totally inexpensive. Plus they sell small samples for even cheaper. If you are going to buy it at the drug store than I would go with Revlon, Loreal, or Cover Girl, but really these are even more expensive than the Sephora brand.
