Is the makeup from sephora expensive?

It depends on your opinion of expensive.





For example: I don't think it's expensive but that's just my economic situation which I am fortunate to have.





On the other hand: My friends think that it is a rip off and cannot even afford one eyeshadow.





So how do you determine if it is expensive or not?
