It's not expensive considering the products they sell.
u lta isnt expensive. its just like sephora.
SEPHORA. Also, when you know what you are looking for....for example, a face powder with SPF-15....you will know who makes it, and where it is sold.


In addition, once you know the name of the company, you can always go on-line.

Ulta is cheaper than most... Sephora is another one but the prices will be slightly higher than Ulta as the brands differ. I would look at it as .. the cost or quality. You want to balance both when it comes to makeup..because bad makeup will have a horrible effect long term on your skin. Good luck!
I personally go there to buy organic/natural shampoos, body wash, soaps, lotions, etc. It isn't that expensive. I haven't looked at the make-up, though, as I am not a girl.
