I use Rimmel there eyeliners and lip liners are really pretty. They even have a lip liner for lip gloss alone. They are also not that expensive i say form 1.97 -10.00 dollars. Wet n Wild is also another good brand there products start at 1.00 and go up to like 5.00 and their products are good not cheap looking because of the price i have this one blue eyeliner from them and i love it. n.y.c. is also kind of cheap and they have really good make-up.
Try 'Boots' range.

all brands are sort of expensive if you think about...it just depends on the type of store you go to. like one day i went shopping and this nail polish was like 50$$! but then another store i went to it was 3 for 10$...see the difference? i would recommend ardenes...which has really cheap makeup and accessories. also, if you check out avon magazines...they even give out lipgloss for as low as 1$!
Collection 2000! Its cheap but good quality.
MAC isn't extremely expensive, and its definetly worth the price. but i dont get everything from MAC, i get like different brands for the different aspects of my appearance. i haven't yet found one brand that has a fantastic foundation, fantastic mascara, and fantastic lip colour. so i use different things.
I've tried the ELF brand - Eyes, Lips and Face. You can buy this in Target and some other stores.

I've also tried the Sonia Kashuk at Target and it's nice, not too expensive and has some great colors.
